Current position
We currently use essential first-party cookies needed for sign-in, signup security, administration and mobile checkout. We do not currently set advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies.
Section 1
About this policy
This policy applies to millionpounddraw.com and browser-based pages opened by our official mobile applications. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
The operator is MILLION POUND DRAW LTD, company number 17002657, at A617 Westbound, Heath, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, United Kingdom, S44 5SW.
Section 2
What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and returned to a website on later requests. Cookies can maintain a secure sign-in, complete a requested process or remember a preference.
Similar technologies include local storage, mobile installation identifiers and secure tokens stored by an application. UK storage-and-access rules can apply to these technologies as well as conventional cookies.
Section 3
What we currently use
Our current browser storage is limited to:
- Strictly necessary security and service cookies used when you ask to register, sign in, administer the Platform or complete mobile checkout.
- A functional local-storage preference remembering whether you left the help panel open on that browser.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural tracking, social-media pixels or optional web analytics cookies. Because our current cookies are essential to services explicitly requested, they are not controlled through an opt-in banner. We still explain them here.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar storage, we will update this list and request valid consent before activating it where required.
Section 5
Local storage and application storage
The website uses mpd-support-chat-open in browser local storage to remember whether the help panel was open. It stores only true or false, does not identify you and remains until changed or cleared through browser controls.
The mobile applications store security credentials and preferences needed for sign-in, device registration, checkout and notifications using operating-system storage. Server-side records may include a randomly generated installation identifier, app version, platform and push token. These are described in our Privacy Policy and can be revoked through account/device controls or by deleting the account.
Section 6
Third-party services
Secure payment pages communicate with Cashflows and may offer supported wallet services such as Google Pay. Those providers may use essential storage within their secure payment context to prevent fraud and complete the transaction you requested. Their own privacy and cookie information applies to data they control.
Links to external websites do not cause us to control the cookies those websites set after you follow the link.
Section 7
How to control storage
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent signup, sign-in, account access, staff authentication or mobile checkout from working correctly.
You can clear application data through iOS or Android controls, revoke sessions in your account, disable push notifications in device settings and uninstall the app. Clearing credentials may sign you out but does not by itself delete server-side account or transaction records. Account deletion is available through account settings.
Section 8
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when storage technologies or their purposes change. A material new non-essential use will not be activated before any consent required by law has been obtained.
Questions can be sent to hello@millionpounddraw.com or through our contact page.
