You enter a competition
Choose a live draw, pick your ticket quantity and complete checkout.
Trust Centre
Every draw is based on confirmed ticket numbers, not names, favourites or manual choices. The system allocates tickets, selects winners at random, and keeps records so each draw can be checked.
You only enter a draw once checkout is confirmed. The system gives confirmed entries their ticket numbers, then selects a winner from the eligible tickets using secure random selection. Staff cannot pick a winner, add unpaid entries or move tickets around to change someone's chances.
How it works
Choose a live draw, pick your ticket quantity and complete checkout.
Tickets are only created after payment or ticket-credit use has been confirmed. Failed or pending payments are kept out.
Ticket numbers are allocated by the system. Staff cannot choose numbers for a customer or move numbers around afterwards.
When the closing point is reached, the eligible ticket list is fixed from confirmed entries only.
The winner is selected from the eligible ticket numbers using a random number generator.
The draw result, ticket records, payments and admin actions are kept so the draw can be checked and audited.
Fairness
The important point is that staff manage the competition, but the system controls ticket allocation and winner selection.
Valid entries
A draw should only include entries that were properly confirmed before the draw closed.
Audit trail
We keep the records needed to answer a simple question: what happened in this draw? Those records can be reviewed by support, checked internally and audited regularly.
Questions
It means the system uses secure computer randomness, the same kind of idea used in security systems, instead of a person picking numbers. In simple terms, ticket allocation is handled by the system in a way that is designed to be unpredictable and checkable.
No. Winners are selected from eligible ticket numbers for that draw. Admin tools can manage competitions, support and prize fulfilment, but they are not there to choose a favourite winner.
A valid entry is a confirmed entry on a customer account, for a live competition, with ticket numbers issued after checkout or ticket-credit confirmation.
The entry should not receive confirmed ticket numbers and should not be included in the draw. If money appears to have left your account but tickets are missing, support can check the payment and order record.
New entries stop being accepted for that draw. The eligible ticket list is fixed, then the winner is selected from that list.
Records help support check orders, missing tickets, payments, winner selection and prize fulfilment. They also create an audit trail so each draw can be reviewed properly.
Staff, suppliers, contractors and closely related people may be restricted where there is a conflict of interest or where the competition terms say they cannot enter. The final terms before launch should make this clear.
The team checks the payment, order and ticket records before taking action. Any issue around checkout, draw close or winner selection should be handled through support records and audit logs.
If an entry, ticket number, payment or draw result does not look right, contact support with the competition name and any order reference you have.
