The opportunity
Million Pound Draw is looking for a talented, creative and commercially-minded Videographer / Content Producer to join our team full-time.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to stand behind a camera and wait for a shot list.
We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the content itself.
Someone who keeps an eye on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the wider social landscape, spots trends early, understands what people are actually watching, and is confident saying:
“We should be doing this.”
You’ll be responsible for filming and editing content around our prizes, producing both short and long-form video, and helping us run professional multi-camera live broadcasts for our prize draws.
What you'll be doing
Your week could involve:
- Filming cars, holidays, technology, cash prizes and other competitions
- Producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Shooting and editing longer-form YouTube content
- Working closely with our presenters to create entertaining, natural content
- Planning shoots and helping develop creative concepts
- Editing content from initial cut through to final delivery
- Repurposing footage intelligently across different platforms
- Running our live-streamed prize draws
- Setting up and operating multi-camera live broadcasts
- Switching between camera feeds and managing live production software
- Managing audio, graphics, overlays and other live-stream elements
- Occasionally filming away from the office or on location
- Keeping on top of social trends, formats, editing styles and emerging platforms
- Bringing new ideas to the team rather than waiting for someone else to come up with them
Live production is an important part of the role
Our live prize draws will form a major part of Million Pound Draw, so we're particularly interested in people who have experience with, or a strong understanding of live broadcast production.
That might include software and systems such as:
- OBS
- vMix
- Streamlabs
- ATEM / Blackmagic workflows
- Multi-camera switching
- Live audio
- Graphics and overlays
- Streaming to multiple platforms
You don't necessarily need experience with every piece of software we use.
But you should understand how professional multi-camera livestreams work and be comfortable taking responsibility for making sure a live broadcast actually goes out properly.
Some of our live draws will take place in the evenings, so flexibility around working hours is important.
What we’re looking for
We're looking for creativity, not just technical ability, knowing how to expose a camera properly is important, but we're equally interested in what you choose to point it at.
We want somebody who understands that a technically perfect video nobody watches isn't particularly useful.
You'll ideally be someone who:
- Has a strong visual eye
- Understands pacing and storytelling
- Knows the difference between content made for TikTok and content made for YouTube
- Can recognise a strong hook
- Understands why certain videos perform
- Enjoys experimenting with different formats
- Keeps up with current social media trends
- Can spot opportunities for reactive content
- Is comfortable suggesting ideas and challenging existing ones
- Can work quickly when a trend or opportunity appears
- Wants to help build a channel, not just populate one
You'll be working closely with our marketing team and presenters, so we'd love someone who enjoys being involved from the idea stage rather than receiving a finished brief at the end.
Due to the location of our site, and the sorts of shoots you will be doing having a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Applications close 31 October 2026.
