Managing account details

Quick overview

You can manage your main account details from Account, Settings. This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing or delivery address, and surprise contact.

Password changes are handled separately for security, so this guide only covers your profile, address and surprise contact details.

Updating your name, email and phone

Step 1: Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open Account.

Step 3: Go to Settings.

Step 4: Open Manage Your Details.

Step 5: Update your first name.

Step 6: Update your last name.

Step 7: Update your email address if needed.

Step 8: Update your phone number.

Step 9: Click Save details.

Step 10: Wait for the saved confirmation message.

If your email address is already in use

Each active account needs its own email address. If you see a message saying the email is already in use, it means another active account is already using that address.

Try signing in with that email address, or contact support if you think the email should be available.

Updating your address

Step 1: Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open Account.

Step 3: Go to Settings.

Step 4: Open Manage Your Address.

Step 5: Enter address line 1.

Step 6: Add address line 2 if needed.

Step 7: Enter your town or city.

Step 8: Add your county if needed.

Step 9: Enter your postcode.

Step 10: Check the country is correct.

Step 11: Click Save address.

Step 12: Wait for the saved confirmation message.

Why your address matters

Your address may be needed for billing checks, adding a saved payment method, prize fulfilment, and making sure winner information is handled correctly.

Keep it up to date so the team can contact you quickly if you win.

Managing your surprise contact

Your surprise contact is someone the team can contact to help arrange a winner surprise or prize fulfilment moment. They are not added to marketing lists.

Step 1: Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open Account.

Step 3: Go to Settings.

Step 4: Open Manage Your Surprise Contact.

Step 5: Enter the contact name.

Step 6: Enter the contact phone number.

Step 7: Click Save surprise contact.

Step 8: Wait for the saved confirmation message.

Who can see your surprise contact

Surprise contact details are only intended for prize delivery and winner fulfilment. They should not be used for marketing.

If you need to change your password

Password changes are handled separately from profile details. Use the password option in Account, Settings if you need to update it.

If something will not save

Check that all required fields are complete. Name, email, phone, address line 1, town or city, postcode, country, surprise contact name and surprise contact phone may be required depending on the section you are saving.

If the page says something is missing, fill in the highlighted section and try again.
