How subscriptions work

How monthly ticket credits, renewals, active plans, the one-subscription limit and subscriber benefits work.

Quick overview

Subscriptions give you a monthly ticket allowance that you can use across eligible Million Pound Draw competitions. Your active plan shows in your account, your credits can be used at checkout, and your plan renews monthly unless you cancel it.

Each customer can only have one active subscription at a time. This keeps ticket credits, renewals, saved payment methods and membership status clear in your account.

Choosing a subscription plan

Step 1: Open the Subscribe page.

Step 2: Compare the monthly plans.

Step 3: Check the monthly price and number of ticket credits included.

Step 4: Choose the plan you want.

Step 5: Review the subscription in your basket.

Step 6: Continue to checkout.

Step 7: Complete secure checkout.

Step 8: Once the subscription is confirmed, open your account to see your active plan and available ticket credits.

Monthly ticket credits

Your subscription gives you a fresh ticket allowance for the billing period. These credits can be used on eligible competition entries instead of paying by card for those tickets.

If your credits cover the full entry, you may be able to confirm the order using credits. If your credits only cover part of the entry, checkout may let you use credits and pay the rest by card.

Renewals

Your subscription is monthly. When your plan renews successfully, your next monthly ticket allowance is added to your account.

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription and credits may not update as expected. Check your saved payment method and contact support if you think a renewal payment has gone through but your account has not updated.

Active plan

You can see your active subscription in your account settings. It shows the plan name, monthly price, ticket allowance, renewal date and provider reference.

If you do not have an active plan, your account will show the Subscribe & Save banner instead so you can choose a plan.

One subscription at a time

You can only have one active subscription at the same time. If you already have an active plan, checkout should stop you from starting another subscription.

If you want a different ticket allowance, use Change plan in your account settings instead of buying another subscription.

Subscriber benefits

Subscribers get regular monthly ticket credits, better value for regular entries, and access to subscriber benefits as the platform grows. This may include subscriber-only competitions, early access, or other membership perks where available.

Changing your plan

Step 1: Open your account.

Step 2: Go to Settings.

Step 3: Find Manage your subscriptions.

Step 4: Click Change plan.

Step 5: Choose the plan you want.

Step 6: Confirm the change.

Upgrades take a one-off payment for the package-price difference and add the extra credits only after that payment is confirmed. Downgrades usually affect future renewals and should not remove credits you have already been given unless you cancel.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and removes any unspent subscription ticket credits, so it is worth using your remaining credits before cancelling if you still want to enter draws.
