Where to find your ticket numbers

Quick overview

Your ticket numbers appear in your account after checkout has been confirmed and the tickets have been allocated. You can find them in the My Prize Draws section of your account.

Pending payments, failed payments, cancelled checkouts and abandoned orders do not receive confirmed ticket numbers. This helps make sure only paid or properly confirmed entries are included in competition draws.

Finding ticket numbers in your account

Step 1: Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Open Account from the header or mobile menu.

Step 3: Find the My Prize Draws section.

Step 4: Choose the competition you entered.

Step 5: Look for the Ticket numbers area under that competition entry.

Step 6: If you have multiple entries, check each competition separately.

Step 7: If you want more detail, check the Transactions section for the matching purchase.

When ticket numbers appear

Ticket numbers should appear after checkout has been confirmed. In most cases this should be shortly after the payment or credit-backed order is completed.

If you have just paid, refresh your account after a moment and check My Prize Draws again.

Why ticket numbers might not show

Ticket numbers may not show if the payment failed, the payment is still pending, checkout was cancelled, the order was abandoned, the competition closed before the entry was confirmed, or ticket allocation could not complete.

If the payment has not been confirmed, the order should not be treated as a confirmed competition entry.

Pending payments

If your bank or card provider shows a payment as pending, please wait a little before trying again. A pending payment does not always mean the order has been confirmed.

Only confirmed orders should create ticket numbers. If the pending payment later fails or is cancelled, ticket numbers should not appear.

Failed payments

Failed payments do not receive ticket numbers. If your payment failed and you still want to enter, go back to the basket, check the order summary, and try checkout again.

Using ticket credits

If you use ticket credits, ticket numbers appear once the credit-backed order is confirmed. If you use credits and card together, the card payment must also be verified before the tickets are confirmed.

If you entered more than one draw

Each competition entry shows separately in your account. Open My Prize Draws and check the ticket numbers under each prize draw.
